Destination Based Fitness
We might draw some expletives, but getting out of your comfort zone is key to both growing your character and shrinking your waistline. If you keep doing the same things, you are bound to get the same, possibly even diminishing, results.
At INLIV, we challenge you to do things differently—to think outside the box, and try something new. With Destination Based Fitness you are continually working towards completing a local or international “Fitness Destination”. And the great thing is, you're never without a community of support or fellow Destination enthusiasts by your side.
Each year hundreds of Destinations are completed by people just like you, as they journey alongside supportive and qualified members of our team who organize, lead and champion these exciting group or solo events.
Internationally, we have climbed Devils Tower, ventured the Inca Trail, hiked the Grand Canyon, mountain biked in Moab and embarked on a Maui adventure tour. Locally, personal bests are achieved alongside first-time triumphs in sprint and Ironman triathlons, in 5 km walks, 10 km runs, and in half and full marathons.
And if this isn’t enough to get you to the gym, know that you’ll always get a welcoming hello and a high energy atmosphere; we help to motivate you on those days when getting to the gym is a struggle.
