Through an initial consultation and multi-stage assessment (body analysis by our physiotherapy team, fitness and nutritional assessments), we determine your current capabilities, while setting realistic goals to achieve your desired results.
We review your progress on a quarterly basis not only to track your improvement, but to hold you accountable to the goals you determined. Your program is maintained through constant communication with our fitness experts and monitored weekly for progress. 3-month programs are custom tailored and detail not only each of your training sessions, but what you can do on your own to maximize your results.
