Each member of the INLIV team has been selected on the basis of their personal core values, outstanding academic and practical experience in their field, exceptional inter-personal skills, as well as their desire and ability to work as a team.
At INLIV we invest in each teammates' ongoing education. This includes supplementary education, participation in conferences, re-certifications and on-site health education seminars.
Each member of our team has unique skills and areas of expertise and it is this diversification that creates health solutions that lead to amazing lives for many of our INLIV clientele.
To become a member of our INLIV team, the selection process consists of a three stage interview and an invitation to our theoretical and in-depth company seminars. This is followed by an extensive practical component, with only the most qualified being offered a position on the team.
