Jeff Barrett
Exercise Physiologist, INmovement
Jeff studied and obtained his kinesiology degree from the University of Calgary. Through the process of studying and becoming a Certified Exercise Physiologist, Jeff fell in love with fitness testing and personal training. He enjoys working alongside others to help them live amazing lives. Jeff has had a life long interest in sports and the outdoors and takes every opportunity to engage those interests.
Sandra Chu

Sandra graduated from Queen’s University before moving to Calgary to study athletic therapy and work with teams in hockey, soccer and field hockey. She attended the University of Oregon where she completed a Master’s degree in Exercise and Movement Science. Sandra has worked extensively in areas of exercise rehabilitation, including both sports and occupational medicine. She has worked with Mount Royal University in the Personal Fitness Trainer Program as an Instructor. Sandra tries to instill in her clients that every step is important, no matter how small it all adds up to improvement. Sandra believes that wellness involves an active body, an engaged mind and a positive and confident spirit. She enjoys traveling the world and participating in active adventures; she finds pleasure in running, hiking and practicing yoga.
Ryan Hamilton

Exercise Physiologist, INmovement
Ryan completed his Masters Degree in Sport and Exercise Science in New Zealand before working in the UK for 2 years. Ryan is a level II certified Exercise Physiologist and registered personal trainer. He has extensive experience and knowledge in the fields of physiology, research and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, as well as in teaching and training others. Ryan is a very supportive trainer and incorporates fun into each session; he believes in building relationships and educating clients in order to achieve desired outcomes. Today, aside from being a well-developed triathlete and long distance runner, Ryan enjoys rugby and snowboarding.
Brooke Parker
Exercise Physiologist, INmovement
Brooke graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and is a Certified Exercise Physiologist. Brooke grew up as a competitive figure skater and long track speed skater. Her passion is in seeing others succeed and achieve their goals. Today, Brooke stays active by coaching her son's soccer team and playing co-ed soccer with her husband, as well as by participating in sprint triathlons, water skiing and running.
Karen Stock
Exercise Physiologist, INmovement
Karen is a certified exercise physiologist with a BEd degree and a double major in Physical Education and Health [UofR] and Home Economics [UBC}. She loves to motivate and educate clients on healthy eating practices and active living. Karen also believes that if you are doing it, you should achieve maximum results for your effort and time. Today, Karen volunteers for the Youth Justice Society, the CIBC Run for the Cure and is engaged in Long Term Athlete Development for Ringette Alberta. She is a competitive runner and loves to play tennis and golf.
