As a personal trainer, Brad has worked with many different demographics including the elderly, rehab patients, and elite athletes for sport specific training. He has been involved in athletics, fitness, and health for most of his life. Today, Brad works with individuals and corporations to help people live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Brad works to reduce stress levels and lower the health risks of clients by guiding them through a customized, proactive and preventative approach to health. “Increased happiness, efficiency and energy are just the beginning!”

Jeff studied and obtained his Kinesiology degree from the University of Calgary. Through the process of studying and becoming a Certified Exercise Physiologist, Jeff fell in love with fitness testing and personal training. He enjoys working alongside others to help them live amazing lives. Jeff has had a life long interest in sports and the outdoors and takes every opportunity to engage those interests.
Ricardo Charles

Ricardo graduated from Hilltop Academy in the fitness leadership program and has been involved and excelled in the sport of track & field since the age of 12. Ricardo has worked with athletes in a variety of different sports- ranging from football, basketball, baseball, soccer and track & field. He believes in helping people reach their ultimate potential in both a fun and productive manner. Currently, Ricardo is training hard and pursing forward his passion as a member of the national track and field team.
Vanessa Cicalo

Vanessa completed her B.A. in Psychology from Carleton University in 2006. In realizing her passion for athletics and her desire to help others, Vanessa furthered her education in the area of massage therapy. In 2009 she completed of her Massage Therapy Diploma from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, in Bedford, Nova Scotia; Vanessa excelled in musculoskeletal anatomy. Massage therapy is Vanessa's passion and she loves educating her clients and is approachable on the subject by nature. Vanessa believes that being fit and healthy in all body systems is crucial to being happy with ones’ self.
Dean Daly

Dean received his Personal Training Certification through Mount Royal University. In addition to his passion for fitness and training, Dean has an extensive background in computers and technology, completing his Computer Information Systems & Business Diploma at Mount Royal University. Dean’s easy-going attitude and good-nature offer a unique training experience, one that inspires clients reach their fitness goals. Today, Dean continues to enjoy hockey, as well as his new passion for Muay Thai kickboxing.

Leah completed her Personal Fitness Training Certificate through Mount Royal University, and is a Certified Personal Trainer through CSEP (Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology). Growing up, Leah was a member of the Jr. National Luge team and a competitive gymnast. It is her ongoing goal to breakdown the barriers of an a-typical exercise program, as she helps clients to step outside-the-box and reach their goals. Recently, Leah returned home to Calgary after traveling the world for a year; Leah continues to have a passion for the outdoors and hiking.
Perri Ford

Perri attended The University of Texas in Arlington, on a track and field scholarship and graduated with an Exercise Science Degree with a concentration in Health and Fitness. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the Certified Personal Trainer's Network. Growing up, Perri ran track and played various other sports such as volleyball, basketball, and soccer. Her love for sport and competition has grown into a passion for physical fitness, exercise physiology and helping others reach their potential. As a personal trainer, Perri’s aim is to inspire clients to both set and reach ambitious goals, and to use her background to achieve results. Today, in addition to running, Perri enjoys hiking and is ambitious to expand her experience in winter sports.
Ryan Hamilton

Ryan completed his Masters Degree in Sport and Exercise Science in New Zealand before working in the UK for 2 years. Ryan is a level II certified Exercise Physiologist and registered personal trainer. He has extensive experience and knowledge in the fields of physiology, research and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, as well as in teaching and training others. Ryan is a very supportive trainer and incorporates fun into each session; he believes in building relationships and educating clients in order to achieve desired outcomes. Today, aside from being a well-developed triathlete and long distance runner, Ryan enjoys rugby and snowboarding.
Amber Hooper

In Montevallo, Alabama, Amber played for the Varsity Women’s Soccer team and graduated with a degree in Kinesiology. Amber has a passion for giving back to the community. She is an energetic teacher and coach who has a passion for helping others. Amber is a true motivator, and is perhaps happiest when seeing clients grow and progress in their training. She loves working with youth and instills the enjoyment of soccer, with a lifetime approach to physical activity. Today, in addition to playing soccer, Amber enjoys running, cross-country skiing and hiking.
Kevin Lim
Personal Trainer, INenergy
Kevin is a competitive track and field athlete and is currently training to represent Canada in the 2012 and 2016 Olympics in track and field. He is devoted to helping others and to making each and every person's life more enjoyable through the gift of fitness. In his spare time, Kevin volunteers and coaches track and field at elementary and high schools. He can be found at times playing games with kids at The Children’s Hospital, and enjoys hanging out with his friends and family.
Jessi Makenny

Jessi graduated from the University of British Columbia with a degree in Human Kinetics and Psychology in 2011. Since graduation, she has also become certified as a CSEP Personal Trainer and an Emergency Medical Responder. As a young student, Jessi competed in basketball, running, Nordic skiing, and cycling. She is passionate about sport and exercise and believes that long-term, enjoyment-driven participation in physical activity can contribute positively to all aspects of life. Jessie continues to have a passion for sport, and is always trying to add new and different experiences to her completed list.
Cory Maystrowich

Cory attended the Physical Activity Studies Program through the University of Regina, and is also a Certified Fitness Trainer and Specialist in Fitness Nutrition through the International Sport Sciences Association. With an athletic background, and 12 years of experience in the fitness industry, Cory appreciates the movements of all sports and incorporates them into total-body-function training experiences, creating a foundation for wellness in our daily lives. Cory excels at creating a fun, inviting and non-intimidating atmosphere, striving to maintain the highest standards in developing new ways to enhance and maintain one’s physical fitness.
Whitney Merrill

Whitney graduated with a degree in Human Kinetics and Movement Science in 2006. Both her educational and professional paths have focused on working with special populations, the elderly, and in cardiopulmonary and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Whitney is an energetic and outgoing individual who sees no limits to success. She thrives on accomplishing the unattainable, and helping others achieve their goals and overcoming challenges. Whitney has just completed her second Marathon; she is an avid runner and cyclist.
Darren Pardy

Darren completed his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Memorial University of Newfoundland. He has a broad background in rehabilitation and sports-therapy, having worked as a physiotherapy assistant and with varsity athletes as a sports therapist. An easy-going person by nature, Darren combines humour and insight with a strong work ethic. As a life-long outdoor enthusiast, Darren participates in numerous activities including adventure races, hiking expeditions, mountain climbing and kayaking.
Stan Peake

Stan studied exercise physiology at the University of Calgary and later attended Mount Royal University where he was named an inaugural graduate of the Personal Trainer Program. He has been involved in the fitness industry since 1998 and has always had a deep passion for changing people's lives. Stan’s background in fitness is based largely on sport science applications, human resources and leadership. Today, he leads and teaches the art of successful training at INLIV as well as the management principles of leadership. Stan believes that by incorporating a balanced and healthy lifestyle, and through challenge, everyone can better themselves in all aspects of their lives. In his own words, “life is about removing barriers to take us closer to our potential”. Stan enjoys and excels at many different activities such as, cycling, hiking, running, mountain biking, swimming, kayaking and snowshoeing.
Darren Snell

Darren has a strong background in many sports, including swimming, soccer, track and field and football. Darren's current personal athletic interests are geared towards adventure racing and academic focuses in coaching, athletic development, and rehabilitation. His high level of skill, combined with his friendly and motivating nature, help each client achieve greatness. Today, he continues to study and master kickboxing and Muay Tha kickboxing.
Willie Williams

Willie attended Youngstown University and the University of Calgary and graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science. During this time, Willie participated in track, Greco Roman Wrestling and football, where he was named to the all-star team. His skills, energy and humor provide a great atmosphere and his intensity drives all those who train with him to greater personal achievements. Willie has an on-going passion to play football and still today he trains extensively. After moving to Calgary, Willie found a new passion in the outdoors; participating in snowboarding, ice skating and hiking.
Curtis Woodley

Curtis graduated from St. Mary’s University with a B.A. in Psychology, with a concentration in Personal Development. He has obtained many additional certifications including Personal Trainer Certification, TRX Suspension Training, Fitness Canada Kickboxing, Bosu Balance Trainer Certification and Nutrition Counseling Certification. Currently, Curtis is developing his abilities as a tool for wellness through his acquisition of Traditional Thai Massage Therapy and Reiki. With an early start in Track and Field, and finally moving into Football, Curtis considers himself fortunate to have learned; under, from, against, and beside those that trained, or competed, at all levels of athletics. He has a genuine passion for knowledge, a hunger for Wellness, and continues his drive in and out of sport.
