Andrew Lester

Andrew graduated from the University of Alberta in 2006 with a Masters Degree in Physiotherapy after completing his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Physiology in 2004 at the University of Calgary. He has training in muscle mobilization, which is a technique that liberates tight or over-used muscles and allows them to return to dynamic and healthy contraction. Andrew has found particular success in treating knee, back and shoulder dysfunction with his combination of exercise prescription, manual therapy, acupuncture and hands on therapies. Andrew has 17 years of experience as a triathlete coach and believes this experience and his desire to promote an active lifestyle, will both guide and motivate others to reach their individual goals. Today, Andrew continues to compete as a triathlete at the Ironman distance.
Sandi Seto
Physiotherapist Consultant, INrestoration
Sandi graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1986, with postgraduate studies that included Certification in Acupuncture through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute (1994) as well as a Diploma in Intermediate Manual and Manipulative Therapy (RCAMT). She has over twenty four years of clinical experience in orthopaedics (musculo-skeletal) and sport-related injuries. Sandi’s interest in health and wellness has led her to become a Certified Advanced Mat Stott Pilates Instructor; she has also pursued specialized training in Ergonomics. Sandi is an avid runner and has completed 12 marathons including one ultramarathon; she credits her first marathon experience in Dublin, Ireland, with the Arthritis Society, as providing her with the passion to promote an active and healthy lifestyle.
