Jen began her yoga training in Indian style Hatha Yoga, and has since expanded into other styles of yoga including Anusara Yoga and its principals of alignment. She originally found yoga in 2005 for rehabilitation for several injuries, and as those injuries healed, she grew passionate about the practice. Throughout her life, Jen was active in various sports and activities with dance being her earliest involvement. She believes in trying new things, seeking out adventure and that there is always something new and exciting to learn. Jen tries to bring this belief with her onto her mat and into her yoga classes.

Eric Pattison

Yoga Therapist, Restorative, Meditation and Anusara-Inspired™, INharmony

Eric is a trained Moksha Yoga teacher and taught yoga in Taipei, Taiwan, where he deeply explored Anusara Yoga. He has studied and traveled extensively with Anusara® Yoga founder John Friend and is an Anusara Inspired™ Yoga Teacher. Eric has always been interested in health and wellness and was inspired after his very first hatha yoga class. Eric brings a vibrant, yet calm and joyous spirit to yoga; in his classes he likes to create an atmosphere of lightness and exploration, allowing for laugher, play and practice. In this spirit, Eric works with his students to bring this laughter and sense of play off the yoga mat and into their lives.

Caroline Sereda

Yoga Therapist, Anusara-Inspired™, INharmony

Caroline graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Social Work and has been studying Anusara Yoga since 2006. She has received over 300 hours of trainings through certified Anusara® Yoga instructors. Caroline’s extensive study and training in Anusara® Yoga allows her to focus on the unique needs of her clients. She applies the Universal Principles of Alignment™ across all situations to support optimal musculoskeletal alignment for healing and change to occur. As a yoga therapist, Caroline brings sensitivity, creativity, authenticity, humor, and an eye for detail to her sessions. For Caroline, it is deeply rewarding to help others feel better through customized solutions that honor the individual while understanding the universality that comes from the shared experience of being human.
