Katie grew up loving and being involved in athletics. During Katie’s time in university, she played 4 years of varsity futsal while studying to get her degree in behavioral science. Katie focused her studies on sports psychology as she has always had a curiosity about how one’s physical well-being enhances their emotional well-being. After completing her degree, Katie felt naturally drawn to the idea of attaining her personal training diploma so she could put all her research into practice. Katie’s experience working with physiotherapists has given her an extensive amount of knowledge in the realm of rehabilitation and pain management. She loves helping her clients get stronger and back to what they enjoy, but for Katie, the most rewarding part of being a personal trainer is helping people realize their untapped potential!
