Virtual Group Classes

Access to our live classes and the on-demand video library are included with your Virtual Training (VT) package. Whether you’re a beginner just starting your workout journey or a fitness buff in need of an extra challenge, these trainer-led classes will give you a boost between individual training sessions. 

Getting Started 

After signing up for Virtual Personal Training, you will receive an email with the directions to access the live classes and video library.

When attending a live class, please mute your microphone to help minimize any background noise. We’ve asked the trainers to refrain from playing music during group classes. Feel free to crank up your own music as you’re following along!

If you can’t make it to a live class, don’t worry. We record every class and host them on an exclusive Youtube playlist. You can access this on-demand video library anytime. Search by workout type – Mobility, Strength & Endurance, Circuit Training – or by your trainer’s name to find the ideal workout for you.


Weekly Classes


Virtual Circuit Classes combine strength and cardio exercises to provide a well-rounded, full body workout.

Our trainers will challenge you with innovative exercise combinations – no equipment required. To guide your technique, we will demonstrate each exercise and provide optional modifications to accommodate injuries or limitations.

What do I need?

Virtual doesn’t mean it’s complicated.

    • A reliable internet connection
    • A smartphone, tablet or laptop with webcam
    • Smartphone users may consider tripod or stand for added stability
