After 10 years working at INLIV in the roles of practicing physician, Medical Director, Managing Director, and an amazing career in health care spanning 40 years, Dr. Wendy Smeltzer is retiring. We are so grateful for the contributions she has made at INLIV, including leading us through the pandemic years, building Wello across the country, and working with our shareholder Coril Holdings.

We are pleased to announce Dr. Ingemaud Gerber as the new Medical Director for INLIV.

Her extensive experience, high ethical standards combined with her value-based leadership is why we are so fortunate to have her in this key role. I wish Inge all the success on this well-deserved appointment.”

Dr. Smeltzer’s steady hand at the helm of INLIV has always been comforting, especially during the past few pandemic years. She has led our organization heroically and with the highest ethics and standards of care, always keeping the safety and care of our clients and staff at the forefront of every decision.
Thank you to Dr. Smeltzer for inspiring amazing lives for all of us. Her legacy will live on at INLIV for years to come and we wish her a wonderful retirement with time to relax and enjoy life with friends, family, her children and grandchildren.
